Willow offers bulk body care products (including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) specifically designed for the hospitality industry, including Airbnb hosts and hotel owners.
- Host Responsibility: Hosts who provide Willow products to their guests are responsible for ensuring that the products are stored and dispensed in a sanitary manner.
- Liability: Willow is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages suffered by third-party guests of a host, provided the product meets our quality standards at the time of delivery to the host.
- Resale: Unless expressly authorized in writing by Willow, products purchased on this site are for personal use or guest use within a hospitality setting and may not be resold for profit in a retail environment.
7. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION (CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES)
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per account, or per order.
